I was an EMBA student of Hugh Grove, graduating in 1982. Most of my career was in banking, primarily in commercial loan and real estate workouts, due diligence on acquisition targets and compliance. So I am doubly interested in this article. Because of my work in credit administration and insights into the banking industry, I was horrified when deregulation occurred and not the least surprised at the outcome. Will the article be available online? Thanks.
Hi Elisabetth,
Please email me and I will send you a copy of our paper.
Best,
